Business Analyst (Banking)
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Support financial processes including risk management, enhanced performance monitoring, greater scale and strong client engagement, payment processes
- Providing consistent monitoring of all stakeholders activity in order to ensure compliance to the standard
- Ensure the delivery of the full service offering and product suite of the organization while cooperating all the departments
- Identify capable suppliers, lead the competitive sourcing process and negotiate contracts with selected suppliers
- Provide line of business management support to further mature processes to achieve operational and control efficiencies
- Administer meetings, produce documentation and coordinate actions
- Conduct thematic outsourcing process reviews (e.g. engagement inventory to identify and address inaccuracy, misclassification or duplication)
From the candidates we expect:
- Experience in Finance, Sourcing, Risk, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles - minimum 5 years
- Knowledge of risk management and control principles
- Strong Client Service focus
- Strong business analysis skills to enable efficient, accurate and objective decision making, analytical skills
- Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively identify and address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop long term solutions
- Demonstrated organizational, communications skills
