Bank Administration Specialist

Location: Warszawa

Diebold Nixdorf BPO Sp. z o. o. is looking for a Bank Administration Specialist for EMEA Business Services. Bank Administration Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and controls around banking online systems of Diebold Nixdorf entities across EMEA and will be a part of the EMEA BS Payments Team.

EMEA BS Payments Team are responsible for handling payments, payment related controls and reporting for EMEA Diebold Nixdorf entities. Overall responsibilities are to ensure payments are executed according to the agreed timeframe and in compliance with the Company’s payments related Policies. The Team is now taking up additional responsibilities, including bank administration for EMEA, which is a new project in EMEA BS. The Bank Administration Specialist will report to the Team Leader and will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

 

The main tasks in this role will be:

  • Maintaining users in the banking online systems of EMEA entities;
  • Assisting new users to fill in bank access related documentation;
  • Assigning correct roles and limits to users based on the Company’s Policies and
  • Segregation of Duties requirements;
  • Requesting changes to the payments related set up in banking on line systems;
  • Being the point of contact for the banks’ account managers;
  • Liaison with the Global Treasury Department regarding bank administration;
  • Creation and maintenance of bank accounts related database for EMEA;
  • Verification and approval of changes processed by other team members;
  • Resolving any bank administration related queries;
  • Verification and archiving of bank administration related documents;
  • Assistance in increasing efficiencies, suggesting possible improvements and
  • implementation of new bank administration related Policies;
  • Training new users on banking online tools;
  • Supporting other EMEA BS teams;
  • Reporting on cash balances and other payment related items as required;
  • Participation in special/ad-hoc projects related to payments and bank administration.

 

Requirements to successfully fill this role are:

  • A university degree, preferably with a focus on business administration or finance;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Problem solving approach;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good excel knowledge;
  • Experience in SAP and banking online systems would be an advantage;
  • Fluent English;
  • Good knowledge of any other major EMEA language (i.e. German) would be an advantage.
