Associated Director, Global Supplier Quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce and oversee the implementation of both global and local policies and procedures related to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Supplier Quality (SQ). Ensure compliance within the Supplier Quality team and guarantee adherence to regulations and business requirements.
• Take charge of qualifying new suppliers and maintaining existing ones in the EMEA region, collaborating closely with the locations where their products are used. Provide support for integrating new business ventures or divestitures.
• Serve as the regional representative for Supplier Quality on a global and local level, encompassing plants, distribution centers, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Manage interactions with regulatory bodies, customers, suppliers, and CMOs to represent products and processes effectively.
• Oversee the analysis and tracking of various Supplier Quality and Enterprise Content Management data.
• Identify and oversee continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support internal projects like New Product Introduction (NPI), GEOX, Digital Transformation, and Sourcing.
• Develop a budget for the team and ensure adherence to it.
• Recruit, motivate, train, mentor, and foster the development of direct reports and the team as a whole.
• Potentially conduct audits of suppliers and Enterprise Content Management systems.
• May participate in due diligence activities related to business development or new suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a diverse, remote team of employees.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate with various functions and business groups, both internally and externally.
• Leadership experience within complex, matrix-style organizational structures.
• Expertise in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Quality Assurance or Vigilance.
