Your new company is a global leader in manufacturer of high quality winding goods: transformers, power supplies, chokes and throttles . The company has a long tradition in the international market. They offer the highest quality equipment to customers. Products are destined to industrial and infrastructural sectors mainly. Company is looking for Area Sales Manager responsible for Poland that is crucial region currently.
Your new role
As an Area Sales Manager for Polish market you will be responsible for building and developing relations with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers in the sector of industrial customers and distributors. ASM will develop company brand. Your tasks will include market analysis, preparing comprehensive offers and solutions for clients, leading complex negotiation process. Moreover, Area Sales Manager will closely cooperate with Internal Sales team, Engineering Support and Production in order to develop and maintain customers. Position requires business travels all Poland.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on that position you should demonstrate a couple of years of professional experience in sales or/and business development in electro technical, electronic, mechatronic component industry . Very welcomed are Candidates with Electrical, Electronic, Mechtronics Engineering, Automation, Energy or similar education. Fluent command of Polish and English is a must. If you have strong business development skills, proven track record in acquiring new industrial customers well organized and able to work independently, very good presentation and negotiation skills the offer is for you.
