For one of our clients, an international company with a growing Shared Services Center start-up in the very heart of Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of AR TEAM LEADER.
AR TEAM LEADERwill lead and develop a team of Specialists responsible for Accounts Receivable process, incl. authorizing and managing credit, reconciling revenue recognition and resolving mismatches, maintaining customer master data, analyzing customer account balances and processing collections, managing and processing disputes and deductions, corresponding and negotiating with customers, managing write-offs and provisions, maintaining Accounts Receivable ledger, matching of incoming payments, resolving mismatches and handling inquiries, etc. AR TEAM LEADERwill be accountable for ensuring execution of SLA’s, implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations, including operational metrics, compliance to controls (SOX), answering queries and coordinating cooperation with other departments within the company, as well as contributing to and/or leading various projects aimed at improving the process efficiency and quality.
We are looking for Candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related field, who have extensive relevant professional experiencein the field of AR, including proven track record of people management,gained preferably in international SSC environment (incl. experience leading process transitions). Fluency in English(business proficiency) is mandatory. Very good Germanlanguage skills, as well as familiarity with US GAAPand SAPsystem will be considered strong assets.
