For one of our clients, an international company with a growing Shared Services Center in the very heart of Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of AR SUPERVISOR with GERMAN.
AR SUPERVISOR with GERMANwill lead and develop an Accounts Receivable (Customer Processing) team of approximately six FTE’s (junior/specialist/senior), responsible for management of customer accounts, processing of invoices and payments, resolving unallocated payments, updating financial records, dunning and collection procedures, etc., as well as supporting the month end closing process, i.e. accounts reconciliation, including intercompany. AR SUPERVISOR with GERMANwill also be accountable for ensuring compliance to internal controls, performing various ad-hoc analyses, answering queries and coordinating cooperation with other departments within the company, as well as contributing to and/or leading various projects aimed at improving the process efficiency and quality.
We are looking for Candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related field, who have approximately 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experiencein financial accounting & reporting (preferably in general ledger), including proven track record of people management, gained in international environment. Good understanding of the VAT principles and regulations, as well as fluency in English, good knowledge of German, and very good verbal & written Polishskills are mandatory. Working knowledge of SAPsystem and MS Office Suite is required as well.
