For one of our Clients, an international company with a newly established SSC in the very heart of Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AR Specialist.
As an AR Specialistyou will be a part of a team responsible for providing high quality accounting service for the internal clients from around the globe. Apart from performing daily operational tasks, you will also have an opportunity to take part in the process transition, incl. creating procedures, recognizing areas for enhancement and introducing improvements, as well as stabilizing the migrated process. Your key responsibilities will include performing credit checks, processing bank statements, allocating cash, issuing invoices and billing, processing disputes and dunning, resolving of mismatches and handling inquiries, maintaining customer master data, proactively resolving of day-to-day issues, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
We are looking for proactive candidates with approximately 1-2years of relevant professional experience, who are fluent in English(professional proficiency), have excellent communication skills and are able to prioritize effectively. Experience working with SAPsystem and US GAAP will be an advantage.
