For one of our clients, and international company with a growing SSC in the center of Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AR PROCESS LEAD.
AR PROCESS LEADwill be responsible for leading the functional service delivery teams for the AR process, monitoring daily operations and the communication with customers and stakeholders, analyzing performance levels, ensuring the SLA’s are met, as well as proactively mitigating risks and resolving escalated service incidents. AR PROCESS LEADwill take active part in building a strong business relationship with the internal clients, and will support change implementation and promoting continuous improvement culture within the SSC.
We are looking for candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related area, with approximately 8+ yearsof relevant professional experience in a leadership role(incl. proven track record of people management). Deep understanding of the Accounts Receivable processes, as well as familiarity with US GAAPand knowledge of SAPsystem are required. Fluency in Englishis mandatory (business proficiency), other European languages will be an asset.
