For one of our Clients, an international company with a growing SSC in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AR ACCOUNTANT.
The AR ACCOUNTANTwill be a part of a team of Specialists, responsible for authorizing and managing credits, reconciling revenue recognition and resolving mismatches, performing checks for legal requirements and accounting accuracy, maintaining customer master data, matching of incoming payments, resolving mismatches and handling inquiries, preparing Accounts Receivable reporting, analyzing customer account balances and processing collections, managing and processing disputes and deductions, corresponding and negotiating with customers, managing write-offs and provisions and maintaining Accounts Receivable ledger.
We are looking for candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related field, who have solid accounting knowledge, and approximately 2+ years of relevant professional experience,gained preferably in a multinational environment. Fluency in English(professional proficiency) is mandatory. Knowledge of German or Frenchwill be considered an asset. Experience in process transitions and in working with ERP systems will be a plus.
