For our Client, rapidly developing Shared Service Center, due to new transition project, we are currently looking for candidates ready to embrace the position of:
AR Accountant with FrenchMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Cash collection (sending reminders, communication via sales channel, direct interaction with customers and sales)
Responding to customer inquiries and resolve issues;
Invoice processingg;
Bad debt management and dunning process performance;
AR and Customer accounts reconciliation to identify unresolved/unpaid open items;
Perform AR period end close activities;
Cooperate closely with Sales and Order Entry departments;
Core competencies and skills:
University degree, preferably in Accounting or Economy;
Functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collections processes and controls;
Proficiency in using Oracle will be an asset;
Very good knowledge of French and English (B2 at least);
