For one of our clients, an international company with a new SSC in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of AP Supervisor.
The AP Supervisorwill be responsible for the service delivery, quality and timeliness of customer interactions and adherence to the defined control framework, as well as ensuring a healthy environment for the team to work in, managing the employee life-cycle and employee welfare. This entails managing a team which performs audit reviews on invoices, supports determination of indirect tax on transactions and ensure adherence to corporate substantiation standards, partnering with the relevant line of business stakeholders in resolving any issues that end users are experiencing with processing of corporate card applications or processing of expense claims, supporting the accounting services and payment teams to ensure all transactions are paid and accounted for appropriately, participating in working groups supporting strategic platform changes and process improvement initiatives, as well as partnering with operations groups globally to ensure consistency of process delivery, customer experience and control environment.
We are looking for a Candidate with an Academic Degree in Accounting or related field, and approximately 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience, including proven track record of process and people management, gained in a multicultural SSC environment. A qualified accountant with high level understanding of Corporate Accounts Payable operations, and impeccable business Englishlanguage skills (additional European languages will be considered an asset). Exposure to project management and process improvement techniques will be considered an asset.
