For our client an international company, we are currently looking for AP Specialist with German or Spanish to join its SSC located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for processing PO and non-PO invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes for Suppliers. You will be also controlling import invoices with other supporting documentations (i.e. documents from bank, internal reports, custom declarations). In addition, you will be providing data and analysis for internal and external audits, controlling Debit Balance and reconciling GL/IR account. As an AP Specialist you will be cooperating with the local business entities of company and with the other accounting teams. Moreover, you will be point of support for transformation and standardization initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Accountancy and with a higher education in Accounting/ Finance area. Fluent German or Spanish and ability to communicate in English are required. We are seeking open-minded candidates with the team-working skills. Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
