AP/AR Accountant with English and German

Responsibilities:

- Timely and accurate processing AR invoices in SAP-FI
- Timely and accurate processing purchase invoices and credit notes (PO, w/o PO) in SAP-FI
- Contact with external and internal vendors/customers
- Acting as first line contact and support to any AR/AP related queries
- Monitoring dedicated AR/AP accounts to ensure accurate and timely transaction posting, correcting where required
- Daily monitoring of payments
- Dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Reconciling accounts and ensure group policies are applied
- Preparing and posting accruals and corrective journal entries
- Participating in the process of corporate and statutory audit

Requirements:

- University degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent,
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience,
- Good knowledge of SAP-FI is a must,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, proficiency in MS-Excel,
- Knowledge of English at C1 level,
- Knowledge of German at A2 level.
