Business Analyst

Rate: 11 000PLN +VAT/ month
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their data usage, lifecycle, system landscape to define data governance and management requirements.
- Following the guidance from the Global Data Governance team, develops processes and standards templates for Data Quality and Governance assessments.
- Direct and manage meetings or discussions (including senior leadership) required for data governance and quality assessments.
- Participate in and support projects that involve any of the upstream or downstream data flows and processes relevant to the execution and management of data governance principles and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information management, statistics, operations research or related field.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of data governance and data quality and how they affect business decisions would be preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects.
- Good understanding of database methodologies and technologies.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of data governance and data quality and how they affect business decisions would be preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a cross-functional organization.
- Personally motivated to improve processes and solve problems and change management.
