On behalf of our client, a global and prestigious company from consulting sector, we are currently looking for the AML Manager to join a new team based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for building and leading a new team including recruitment, workload management, performance evaluation, identification of training needs etc.. You will be in charge of planning and development of test and implementation plans for the services to be provided (SLAs and KPIs) and for maintenance of positive working relations with the client. In addition, you will be solving escalations and providing advices and recommendations for the client.
We are seeking candidates with more than 7 years of experience in AML/KYC area and at least 3 years on managerial position. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management as well as the knowledge of European and Global AML frameworks, for example, an in depth understanding of the EU 4th Money Laundering Directive and FATF Recommendations. Moreover, we are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
