For one of our clients we are currently looking for experienced candidates to join their SSC in Krak贸w
In your job you will become a part of international team and start handling researches on anomalies in customer orders and accounts, rewieving flagged orders in the internal system and investigating any of suspected or actual fraud (including contact with the external parties such as banks and cardholders).
We are looking for candidates with advanced English (B2/ C1 level) and proficiency in MS Excel. Fluency in German (B2-C2 level) as well as experience in a similar role is an asset, but not a must.
To succeed you should be hold excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to handle escalated issues, be able to work under pressure of time and demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify fraud trends and properly decision orders.
