For our client, a fast growing Shared Service Center located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the position of Administrator with Dutch.

On this position you will be responsible for:
  • Receive, prioritise and process new customer applications and existing client quotations/recalculations.
  • complete daily workflow -driven activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • provide support to customers on the company portal
  • provide general administration support to two departments of the company as requested and required by the management team
  • participate at the periodic meetings and contribute to the monitoring and improvement of performance of Europe region team

We are looking for people who:
  • are fluent in Dutch and English
  • can work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • have strong customer focus
  • have excellent listening skills, approachable speech
  • is well-organised and have management skills
