On behalf of our Client, leading global investment bank, we are looking for a person to hold the position of Administrative Assistant, to join Warsaw Operations Center.
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for providing personal assistance for Managing Directors and senior managers and administrative support for HR and Operations department.Daily tasks will include: arranging global conferences, calendars management, organisation and financial settlement of business travels, technology and office equipment provisioning, on-boarding new joiners, tracking employees working hours, etc. Additionally the person on this position will be responsible for organising various company’s eventson an international level.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a person with approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience on receptionist, office or personal assistant position.Because this is an international role in a leading global organisation, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers, able to adapt to a fast changing environment and eager to learn and develop professionally.
