For one of our Clients an international company developing their Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist.
Accounts Payable Specialistwill be a part of a team responsible for collecting supplier’s invoices and credit notes from various companies and process them through the AP scanning system. In addition, this position requires also sending remittance advice to different suppliers, actively dealing with invoices , cooperating directly with suppliers and maintaining the AP filing system. Moreover, person at this position will be preparing an update of issues for supervisor, researching processing errors, proactively come up with process improvement, reporting operational issues, assuring customer service in line with procedures.
We are seeking Candidates with 1 - 2 yearsof relevant experience, capable of demonstrating a high degree of literacy and numeracy. Fluency in Englishand Polish is mandatory, knowledge of other languages will be advantages. Experience in an International Shared Services and working with financial software package or ERP system are preferable. This position also requires knowledge of MS Officeproducts, especially MS Outlook.
