Opis stanowiska pracy

• Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring their professional development and performance
• Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to team members
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and productivity
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop strategies for financial growth and risk management
• Continuously evaluate accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Implement best practices and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals
• Work closely with auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation
• Collaborate with other departments (such as finance, HR, and operations) to align financial goals and objectives
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
• Provide insights into financial performance and contribute to forecasting processes

• Higher education in accounting or finance
• 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• English - B2/C1
• German - B2/C1
• Familiarity with SAP financial software is a plus
