Client Details
For our Client, an international manufacturing company with a production plant located in Poland, we are currently looking for the Candidate to hold a position of Accounting Assistant/Specialist.
The person on this position will actively complement the accounting team by providing support in accounting and administrative areas. The person will be responsible for the company's workflow, entering and posting invoices, organising meetings, settling business trips, and assisting in the preparation of reports and statements. The position reports directly to the Chief Accountant. The company has a production plant in Poland, Jozefow close to Plochocin (place of work), and an annual turnover of approximately 100 million PLN.
Description
- Introduction and booking documents into the accounting system;
- Taking care of the correct flow of documents in the company;
- Issuing sales invoices and correction notes;
- Settlement of business trips;
- Assistance in organising meetings;
- Support of the accounting department in ongoing work, preparation of statements and reports;
Profile
- Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or related;
- At least 2 years' experience in similar position, preferably in company operating in manufacturing industry;
- Knowledge of the Accounting Regulations;
- High analytical skills and accuracy;
- High communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team;
- Fluence in Polish, good command of English (min. B2 level), knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage;
- Good technical skills, including advanced MS Excel and experience in working with ERP systems - knowledge of SAP would be highly appreciated;
