Scope of duties:
timely processing of AP invoices
resolution of any issues preventing from invoice payments
resolution of any vendor setup issues
related issue resolution
effective communication with clients and co-workers
Requirments:
very good language skills both written and spoken in Portuguese (C1/B2) and English (C1/B2)
customer service experience as an asset
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
very good command of Excel
SAP as an asset
