We are looking for an initiative and team oriented individual to join our Cracow team. Being the only administrative employee in the Polish office you will take responsibility for all administrative tasks including accounting, HR Administration and office management.
You have the possibility to work part time (20 hours/week) with flexible working hours.
Job description:
- Management of financial accounting tasks including:
• Full responsibility for general ledger incl. accruals, prepayments, tax, VAT (final check performed by external tax advisor, support by head quarter)
• Contact person for tax advisors
• Accounts payable
• Posting of current transactions
• Preparation of salaries for external accountants and posting of transactions
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
• Assist with permanent improvement of processes
• Possible contact with external institutions: tax office, ZUS, GUS

- Preparation documents connected with HR administration (medical care registration, BHP training applications, collecting criminal checks, different labour checklists)
- Ensure that employees deliver all documents necessary for employment and payrolls and according polish regulation
- Personal files preparation according to polish regulations (Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure)
- Cooperation in preparation of internal regulations and rules
- Ensure all employees are familiar with internal regulations and policies
- Communication with payroll company, collecting entire information required for payrolls and ensure that it is included in present payroll
- Office management including responsibility for office supplies, controlling correspondence, equipment inventory etc.

Requirements

• Qualification in accounting
• Experience within a financial accounting role
• Autonomous and reliable
• Well presented
• Team player
• Good organisational skills
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel – MS Navision favourable
• Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
