For us client which is a global materials science company specializing in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of labeling and functional materials we are looking for Account Manager Eastern Europe.

- developing long-term customer partner ships either with existing accounts as well as generate new customers through targeted acquisition
- solution based strategic selling across the partner portfolios, including technical knowledge of variable data management and SaaS solutions
- execute business plans, resolve issues and deliver solutions to meet customer needs and drive profitable growth
- collaborate with internal technical, operations, and product development personnel to assure alignment of sales strategy and product offers within technical and operational capabilities
- lead market analysis, conduct research and synthesize learnings to support recommendations that drive change to the sales model or in support of strategic Go to Market programs and transformation initiatives
- define performance measures and reporting requirements, working individually or in a larger project group, to evaluate effectiveness of Go to Market models, programs and initiatives.
- participate in a team selling environment as needed
- min 2-3 years of experience at sales position
- knowledge of RFID product or related (technology or software sales business experience preferred )
- ideally you already have some experience across Logistic Market (Carriers, Parcel Companies, 3PL) and a strong network within the industry. (Not a must but would be preferred)
- you have shown your ability to manage complex projects in the past considering not only the customer requirements but also internal partnerships (e.g. Customer Service, Warehousing, Finance etc.) to deliver a successful project
- you are a pragmatic problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of assigned accounts
- ability to develop working relationships and influence across all areas of the organization (including sales, market development, operations, finance, marketing)
- you are a self-starter with analytical understanding, highly motivated to grow your existing customer base further while also hunting for new opportunities.
