Your new role
You will provide 3rd line IT support for internal clients across EMEA region. Your focus will be the successful delivery of End User Workplace by administering the SCCM environment including managing computer collections, packaging and deploying software, developing scripts, deploying software updates, managing OSD process and drivers (DELL). You will participate in various IT projects related to Modern Desktop Management using SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and others. You will be responsible for resolving incidents and service requests raised by 1st and 2nd IT Support according to agreed SLA. Your responsibilities will also include managing Active Directory – groups, logon scripts, Group Policy Objects, permissions delegation, keeping reliable documentation up to date, participating in the project calls. In doing so, you will make sure to adhere to the best IT practices.
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge and extensive experience administering SCCM in large and distributed environments. You will have first class knowledge of Active Directory (permissions delegation, groups, scripting, GPO). You are familiar with Microsoft products – Office 365, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, Intune, EMS, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online. Scripting in PowerShell and VBS doesn’t scare you. You will share your knowledge and expertise with the team. You are willing to keep up to date with managed technologies, and learn new ones, like Azure. Since this position offers a lot of autonomy and ownership the ideal candidate must be proactive and have great organisational and time management skills. Good English is essential as Hays use it for all internal communication. Knowledge of Polish is a plus too.
