The Workforce Management (Lead) Analyst will help shape the supply and demand management activities and in particular the area of workforce planning and management, which is where our resources at Multimedia intersect with the demand for our services. Team will be concentrated in Poznan, but the team may eventually be expanded across other locations as well, and Analysts will regularly interface and interact with stakeholders at different levels in the global Multimedia group. Depending on the level of experience and seniority of the candidates we can offer either an Analyst or a Lead Analyst position.
Responsibilities:
■ Carry out and/or support resource planning activities along different time horizons with focus on longer-term, global, strategic planning while also ensuring support for operational planning
■ Develop and expand the supply- and demand-related metrics, frameworks, processes/SOPs, and tools
■ Define, design, and maintain supply- and demand-related planning parameters and dashboards in close collaboration with the BI team and operational supply leaders and ensure consistent tracking and forecasting
■ Carry out or support leadership/management reporting tasks and analyses related to Work Force Management, supply and demand in collaboration with BI if and as needed
■ Define and maintain SOPs for planning activities along different time horizons in close collaboration with global operational supply leaders and support implementation of global best practices across teams
Prerequisites:
■ University degree, preferably in business/economics, maths/science, econometrics/statistics
■ Ideally initial professional experience in work force management/resource planning, reporting or statistics
■ Ideally exposure to operations in a production environment (e.g., services, technological/digital products), alternatively consulting or SSC
■ Very good verbal and written language skills in English
■ Fluency in MS office, especially Excel, knowledge in manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how
Competencies:
■ Analytics, problem-solving and creativity
■ Numerical agility/affinity for working with (big) data
■ Very good communication skills, especially ability to communicate about complex and technical topics
■ Ability to work effectively, stay focused under pressure, and manage tasks against agreed-on timelines
■ Team work and openness to interact across cultures
