Workday System Analyst

For international financial services company, with one of its offices located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Workday System Analyst who will join growing HR department.

At the company expands Workday across the group, this person will be mostly responsible for:

  • System maintenance & configuration, improvement of the already implemented functionalities
  • Close cooperation with external consultants as well as other, internal teams such as: IT, HR, Business Partners
  • Participating in the implementation of new functionalities from testing to implementation and training
  • Administering defined functionalities within application and responsibility for setting up and maintaining roles and permissions concept
  • Acting as System Expert and taking ownership of the projects in the future

We are looking for a professional with previous experience in work with HR IT System: Workday, preferably as a System Administrator with willingness to develop towards HRIS expert. You need to speak fluent English and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as demonstrate excellent communication skills.

This position is a newly created role within organisation therefore would give you the chance to take up new projects and more advanced responsibilities with the growth of the company (e.g. implementation of new modules, project management, administering other systems as well). You will have the access to training and development also externally as well as the chance to work in the company that promotes independence and creativeness.
