For our client, an international corporation, we are looking for a person for the position of HRIS Specialist, who is a core member of the global team. Working as HRIS Subject Matter Expert you will be part of a global team of HRIS Specialists and you will be responsible for successful processes (as implementation, integration, configuration, and support of Workday applications).
Your main tasks will include:
- You will support to global business users and HR
- You will managing of customer’s queries providing best in class service and take care of well customer experience
- You will conduct working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements. Recommend solution(s) based on evaluation of best courses of action.
- You will cooperate with other HRIS Specialists and other departments of the company
- You will support the delivery key projects
- You will be responsible for preparing and run data uploads into Workday system and be partner with IT resources to test, document, maintain, and support Workday interface solutions,
- You will advise on and implement business changes and hierarchy restructures,
- You will also configure changes and updates to existing system modules
We are looking for:
- Skills gathering designing, requirements, supporting business transformation using Workday system,
- Previous experience in at least one full-life cycle Workday implementation projects
- Working knowledge using MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Basic understanding of HR policy and procedures will be an advantage,
- Ability to work well in a team.
