Daily work is driven in an Agile and SAFe way with increments where the teams deliver prioritised improvements. The teams are located in both Poland, India and Scandinavia. You will enjoy a varied role where you take part and take ownership in both requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, communication and follow-up.

Your new role

You will enjoy a varied role where you take part and take ownership in both requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Making sure that integrations are aligned and compliant according to agreed standards, principles and strategy
- Maintaining integrations set-up in Workday and drive alignment across functional areas as well as design integrations solutions and give guidance
- Working closely with architects who focus on data management, analytics and security, as well as liaising with Domain architect and with the global enterprise architect team
- Supporting the agile teams with delivering value to the organisation
- Making sure that overall integrations set-up inside and across People systems are working as intended
- Working in a close cooperation with other digital teams and key business stakeholders
- Taking part in implementation projects hands-on when needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in successfully designing, implementing and managing Workday/HCM integrations and surrounding ecosystem of People systems
- Pervious working experience with integrations in a global and complex environment, developing and maintaining architectural standards
- Practical knowledgeable of GDPR and similar data regulation compliance, how they impact People systems and how to solve such requirements
- Previous experience of Agile methods and ways of working, in particular SAFe is a plus
- University degree in Computer Science or similar is required.
