For our Client, well known and multinational brand, we are currently looking for English (min. C1) speakers who are willing to start or expand their career in the Customer Service field.
At this position you will be mainly responsible forproviding customer service through phone and partly via Digital platforms (social media as Facebook, chat, twitter). You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, problems and escalations- dealing with them as efficiently and effectively using the correct tone/language dependent on which Digital platform you are using.
If you speak fluently English, like challenges that will help you grow, enjoy working both independently and in a team, have great communication skills and you like use social media- this offer waits for you!
You don't need to have an experience!
