For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Windows/Mac Analyst (Endpoint).

Your new role
Within the new role you will be responsible for Install, configure and maintain operating system software and third-party software utilities for hardware systems; Identify, diagnose and correct problems related to the operating system, software, utilities and hardware. You will also provide reporting, server remediation, automation and scripting services, Apple/Mac support and troubleshooting, RF device configuration and management. You will provide tier one and two support, configuration and deployment services for endpoints, including Windows and Mac-based workstations and servers, mobile devices, RF devices.

What you’ll need to succeed
At least 5 years’ experience in similar work in large corporate environments. You should also have experience with enterprise-level software update management, patching and application packaging for Windows and Mac platforms. Experience with Bash and AppleScript, PXE and NetBoot imaging is also required. On this position you will need to have knowledge of Windows and Mac-based server and workstation operating systems and knowledge of networking and network infrastructure. Due to work in international environment you must have good English language skills.
