The key responsibilities are: creating presentations documents, supporting communication and interaction with clients. In accordance with company design guidelines you will be responsible for translating data and conceptual drafts into well-devised charts and exhibits, and reworking existing material. On this position, will also provide this service in a team with other specialists, ensuring an accurate, efficient, and timely completion of all assigned jobs.
As ideal Candidate you should speak fluent German and communicative English, have college degree and knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point. We are looking for people with ability to cope with numerous demands from various people at the same time and to prioritise work effectively. Administrative experience or designing experience will be an advantage.
