Treasury Manager

Location: Łódź
Responsibilities:
- Managing Treasury Team and determining appropriate placement and training
- Cooperating with Treasury Group to examine opportunities to implement process and system improvements
- Managing access rights to banking systems including SAP
- Updating middle and back office procedures manual
- Initiating treasury internal controls together with confirmation of treasury deals
- Submitting all internal control exceptions
- Maintaining ongoing interactions with banks and their corresponding U.S. operations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Above 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally at Treasury Manager position
- Team management experience
- Great negotiation skills
- Great analytical skills
- Diploma in Accountancy and Finance or related field, preferably followed with CTP or MBA
