This globally recognised company, located in Gdynia, is known for delivering financial and accounting services worldwide. Due to dynamic market situation the company is now looking for a person to hold the position of Financial Officer.
Your new role
As a Treasury and Cash Management Accountant you will be responsible for processing and monitoring cash transactions (manual and automated payments), coordination of FX transactions and investments including recording them in SAP, monitoring cash position, posting bank movements in SAP system, preparing and distributing scheduled Treasury reports, performing month-end activities, resolving Bank-to-General Ledger discrepancies in a timely manner, responding promptly to second line queries from SSC Query Support, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives as required, regular participation in internal and external audit processes, working with AP Team in order to manage payment cycles in the most efficient way, building good relationships with the banks and internal client, achieving performance objectives as agreed with the Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate need to possess2 years of experience in working within accounting and/or banking function, experience of working in a shared services environment will be an advantage, knowledge of local regulatory requirements, good working knowledge of SAP, good MS Excel skills, ability to effectively communicate and operate in an international environment, ability to effectively communicate in business English (oral and written skills) across finance organisation.
