For our Client an automotive supplier located in Bielsko - Biała specialising in the manufacture of systems and components for the automotive industry we are currently looking for Candidate who is interested in Treasury Analyst position.
On this position you will be responsible for:
-Cash management including: coordination of short-term cash management with controllers and European Treasury, managing and administering bank accounts and electronic banking platforms, on-going users administration and staff training, implementation of new cash management products, preparation of manual payments for small number of low-activity entities and / or Treasury deals.
-Cash forecasting including: coordination the monthly cash forecast process, reviewing cash forecasts for consistency, perform sanity checks, coordination with divisional and local controllers as well as with European and Corporate Treasury in order to improve the accuracy of the cash forecasts, liaising with local controllers for gap analyses between cash forecasts, financial forecasts and actual cash.
-Credit management including: assisting in evaluating customers, establishing credit limits and risk categories through D&B analysis and financial reviews, regular AR reviews with corporate credit for customer reviews, credit limit changes, customer master data changes and recommendations, involved in AP advance payment process.
-Working capital management including: AR aging reviews and follow-up with AR team and other responsible parties
Ideal Candidate should have:
-Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field
- Financial analyst background
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Cash management experience (preferably in in bank, corporate or consultancy)
- Experience in HYPERION enterprise andSAP knowledge
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
- Experience in foreign exchange risk management as an asset
-Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
