For our Client, international airlines in Cracow we are seeking for candidates for a position of Travel Consultant with Arabic.
Job specification:
• Providing high quality customer service via telephone and email
• Managing in resort queries offering advice and assistance to the passengers
when they need it the most
Requirements:
• Excellent command of Arabic and English
• Mature communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• A passion for providing the world’s best customer service for each and every
customer
• An open mind and eagerness to continually develop
• Knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage but not
essential
• Solid computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Good sense of personal accountability
