For our Client- internationally recognized, experienced outsourcing company, we are currently looking for Candidates with Italian language to join newly established BPO center in Kraków.
While working at the position of Travel Agent, you will be responsible for answering Client’s queries. As you will be working for the Client from Travel Industry, your job will be closely related with: booking, informing clients about cancelled flights, delays, changes in transfers from the airport etc. You will be answering emails and chat questions only- no phone calls.
We are looking for Candidateswith good English and Italian (English can be at B1/B2, Italian- strong B2, C1- ). An ideal Candidate is detail oriented and likes working with people. Interest in Travel Industry as well as working knowledge of booking systems would be an asset but is not a must.
