Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:
Transition Manager
Responsibilities
• Starting point of this role is to lead the roll-in activities of additional countries into the Hub and turns into a continuous process improvement and digitization role
• Monitor process performance within Finance Hub based on consistent targets and benchmarks and clearly defined service catalogue
• Drives innovation, digitalization, identifies and collects suggestions for continuous improvement
• Translate process change into IT requirements (preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
• No process operations responsibility
Skills & Experience
• Over 4 years of solid experience working in a Shared Services environment including the management of transition
• Fluent English (at least C1)
• Experience in delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation/digitalization & standardization
• Strong project-management skills, strategic thinking
• Strong service mindset and performance orientation, excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, communication and influencing skills
• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, then make clear and timely decisions consistent with the interest of the company
• Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion in a cultural diverse environment
• Academic degree
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Readiness to travel across the Europe – monthly
