For my client, the largest independent investment management company in Europe and a market leader in Master-KVG services and private label funds I am looking for Transfer Pricing – Senior Specialists to the Tax department.
You will be responsible for ensure the fulfilment of statutory documentation obligations for the Universal group and prepare the respective transfer pricing documentation in cooperation with the domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Your scope of responsibilities will include:
• support the consulting companies in the preparation of current benchmarking studies for all countries or regions as well as the review/monitoring of these
• provide support in meeting statutory requirements of German group companies abroad and foreign group companies abroad
• communicate with external advisors and tax auditors
• implement and optimize internal transfer pricing guidelines
• implement, coordinate and monitor the group-internal billing of services and participate in the creation and maintenance of intercompany contracts
• support the implementation of a T-CMS regarding transfer pricing
• support the Kraków branch in cooperation with external tax advisors
The ideal candidate should present relevant experience in the Transfer Pricing, ideally in consulting or a high-paced, dynamic and international corporate environment very good knowledge of national tax low with focus on corporate tax and value added tax.
