To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Transactions Accountant (Accounts Payable). You will be working in the Alternative Investment Fund Accounting team and would be responsible for the full processing of payment transactions, especially in connection with our real estate investments.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• booking invoices in SAP or XENTIS
• maintaining the invoice receipt book and continuous optimization of the related processes
• check and approval of incoming invoices
• processing of inquiries and complaints related to payment process
• payment processing
• data archiving in general
• supporting the fund accountants in their day-to-day business (including processing various business transactions in the fund accounting system, reconciling monthly reports for the properties)
• reconciliation activities with the custodians
• budget and liquidity monitoring
• technical support of the payment system
• cooperation in the professional and technical development of the assigned tasks
• administration of bank powers of attorney in the group
What you offer:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following:
• few years experience in the accounting function, especially accounts payable or payment transactions
• experience in the area of German value added tax law would be a plus
• good MS Office skills
• knowledge of SAP advantageous
• strong communications skills
• fluent English and German
