To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Transaction Manager(m/f/d).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Daily contact mostly with FM (Fund Managers) and internal colleagues based in different departments
• Working on broad scope of alternative investment (700 transactions for non-standardized investments per year)
• Gathering information and documentation concerning the target investment
• Responsible for “project management”, you will be in charge of coordinating the transactions and Due Diligence with all the involved departments (10 up to 12 internal teams) and external FM´s (Worldwide)
• Ensuring that the transaction is aligned with the legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements (input is coming from the involved departments)
• Administrating the transaction tool (SharePoint System), upload of documentation and input of information
• Making recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as required
• Support the team Investment Management for administrative tasks like re-porting or statistics
• The transactions are with 3 complexity levels (high, medium, low), depending on the target veicle - needs to be able to deal with all of them after the training as team members back up each other
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
• Experience in Alternative Investments
• Experience in project management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization
• Looking for a Senior profile – no leadership experience required as the position is independent with experience in Alternative Investments
• Quick learner with very good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills to network, communicate and interact with people internally and externally, solution oriented
• Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
• SharePoint knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Good German language skills
