For our Client,one of the world’s largest providers of public services, we are looking for a Team Trainer to join their new structures in Kraków.
Your new role
As a Trainer you will be responsible for organisation and leadership of core and procedure trainings for customer service agents in the travel industry. Your main duties will include training for the new joiners, developing training materials, training conception and trainer guide, developing eLearning modules and conception, quality monitoring and coaching agents for the Italian market. Organisation and leadership of quality, soft skills and language trainings based on agents’ performances.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for the candidates with 2 years of previous experience in training internal, international teams preferably in tourism industry. Very good command of English is a must (min. C1 level), knowledge of Italian language is an asset. Great communication and soft skills are required.
