For our Client, global FMCG company (alcohol category) with over 600-year-tradition on the global market and with over 500 brands in portfolio and 50 billion dollars revenue, we are looking for Candidates for a Trade Marketing Manager position, who would develop cooperation with supermarket and hypermarket clients.

Description
- Development of marketing and strategy plans for the portfolio in line with global strategies,
- Analysis and identification of opportunities in all channels,
- Positioning of the portfolio and global brands in line with global strategies,
- Development of launch plans, innovation and renovation,
- Implementation of globally developed marketing campaigns/toolkits,
- To leverage company's global strength through implementing and exchanging of best practices,
- To intensify the strategic partnership with local partners,
- Involvement of Marketing Manager and managing of cooperation between sales, customer and Marketing Manager,
Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an FMCG Business,
- Graduate level qualification. Business degree preferred with specific marketing and commercial education,
- Experience is a sales environment is preferred but not essential,
- Experience of effective management of $1m+ Budgets an asset,
- Entrepreneurial mindset / growth mindset / ability to think outside the box / creative,
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and translate into action / strategies,
- Organizational skills and ability to plan the team workload effectively to meet deadlines,
- Ability to manage conformity to established procedures & processes,
- Excellent team leadership & able to develop strong relationships with colleagues & customers,
- Agility & willingness to adapt to a changing environment,
- Ability to influence peers and lead by influence. People management skills,
- Fluent English and Polish,
