Key Role & Responsibilities

Assist in the day to day communications with clients that our analysts perform with multilingual clients, translate the emails to ensure clear and proper communication in the clients languages.

·  Provide guidance and transparent language expertise to front line General Support and DFP Service Relationship Managers (SRMs)

·  Provide two-way communication and collaboration with analysts and clients.

·  Serve as point of contact for emails led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness.

·  Additional duties as role evolves.

Skill set required

·  Proficiency or native in GERMAN and English

·  Experience with technical language is encouraged, i. e.development tools inc:-  Flash, HTML, JavaScript, web development.

·  Ability to absorb and troubleshoot technical terms and communicate them to a non-technical audience.

·  Some previous experience in working for a publisher or ad network would be preferred but non-essential.
