We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Test Analyst
Location: Kraków
Test Analyst is to be a technical member of a team of IT testers whose role is to ensure code released into production is of the required standard. The applications where testing is required are part of the main public website.
The role may also require involvement in Automation testing process to automate majority of IT testing processes to make these more effective and simple. Scope of work demanded by Global Communications and Global Marketing necessitates a dedicated IT Test Analyst to ensure the overall IT Testing team is cohesive and up-skilled as required to meet the demands.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist test lead and project manager in detailed requirements analysis and preparing estimations for possible test strategies
Assist test lead in creating test strategy and test plans
Design, develop and execute manual test cases, and report bugs
Ensure tractability between requirements and test cases
Perform different types of testing (Functional, UI, Smoke, Regression)
Analyse test metrics and prepare test summary reports
Prepare and maintain test-tools, conduct reviews of test-ware
Writing automated test scripts (if required)
Requirements:
Great English communication skills, both written and verbal
At least 3 years of experience in website testing (for various browsers and devices)
Proficiency in HTML and CSS is desired, knowledge in Java (TestNG, Maven, REST Assured) is an added advantage
Experience using tools like Jira, VSTS, Gatling, GitHub, Confluence, Screen readers
Nice to have knowledge in test automation using Selenium WebDriver
Experience in Performance and/or Security testing will be a plus
Familiarity with Sitecore CMS platform would be a great asset
Experience of working with business stakeholders at all levels
Experience of working in a multinational environment
Ability to work independently, produce high standards of work
Knowledge of accessibility best practices is advantageous
Knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodology is expected
