In the Polish speaking Tender Specialist job you will be responsible for getting familiar with the Polish procurement law and to continuously follow up the opening tender opportunities through different portals. You pro-actively support the tender and bid management elements.Additionally you will assist with the development of corporate standards to ensure that the company is always represented in a professional and consistent manner.

You are the best candidate for this role if you
- have experience in a similar role or in administrative role/ preferably within marketing, business development or bid management
- have university degree
- speak fluent English and Polish
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- It is a huge advantage if you have experience in writing tenders or if you are familiar with Polish procurement law
