Job Description
List Group is an international leader supplying its customers with innovative software solutions for electronic markets. Our main objective is to be close to our customers. In order to fulfill that objective we are extending our technical support team in Warsaw. As a member you will have the following responsibilities:
- assist Customers during installment and maintenance of List Group products and solutions;
- serve as a first line of support for List Group Customers;
- provide technical solutions for day-2-day problems & usage of List Group products and solutions;
- receive cases via e-mail or telephone, provide regular feedback about on-going activities and open issues;
- resolve Customers' reported issues in close cooperation with List Group support team;
Requirements
- fluent English or Italian;
- strong focus on Customer needs;
- high school Graduate Diploma or graduated in Computer
Science or in Science and Technology disciplines;
- availability to visit Customer sites to provide support on technical and
architecture issues;
- availability to cover specific activities beyond standard time;
Similar position experience will be an advantage.
