Job description:

 

• supports customers and resolves reported problems

• installs customer test environments or support tools

• reports, identifies and diagnoses issues and needs

• develops fixes to small customizations under the supervision of technical management

• evaluates potential risks and communicates them to team leaders

 

Job requirements:

 

• higher education

• programming skills: MS Windows, T-SQL or PL/SQL

• knowledgeable in Windows server based technologies

• knowledge of C++ or C# and MS Visual Studio

• ability to administer database servers (MS SQL or Oracle)

• fluent in English
