Main duties:

  • provide support via email, chat, phone,
  • troubleshoot and escalate as needed to other members of development team in various locations,
  • accurately prioritize problems based on severity, urgency and impact to the business,
  • track all outstanding incidents until successful resolution,
  • works with enterprise support groups to resolve problems or issues,
  • ensure timely documentation on problem resolutions and share with team members,
  • work with team members to promote excellent customer service,
  • performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • degree in an IT related discipline (ideally)
  • previous experience in a Technical Support role will be a plus (1-3 years),
  • fluent English,
  • good problem-solving skills,
  • ability to write SQL queries a definite plus or demonstrate a willingness to learn T-SQL,
  • software development background is highly desirable,
  • advanced communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to support executive level Clients,
  • ability to work with shifts.
