Technical Service Analyst

ALTEN innovates aero and cosmonautics, trains, electric and autonomous vehicles, and even space rockets. We are currently looking for Technical Service Analyst who will join our team.

 

Main tasks

 

• Works collaboratively within the team and across team to share knowedge and has a proactive approach to continuous learning
• Maintains good reference documentation including for the onboarding of new team members

• Seeks opportunities to work collaboratively across boundaries (e.g. with different teams, geographies, cultures etc.)

• Manages resolution of TPP issues from creation to closure
• Meticulously tracks live issues and assumes e2e ownership, working collaboratively with a large number of colleagues

Requirements

 

• Extensive experience with, API design, technical support and issue resolution, with a mix of operations and technology focused projects
• Good verbal and written communication, inter-personal skills, clarity of thought and articulation

• Technical skills:AWS: (cloudwatch, lambda, api gateway, RDS, Dynamodb) *basic level, don’t need Phil, Andy S levels of knowledge,Web technologies: basic understanding of things like Nginx or other web servers, SSL, certificates etc.,PCF/ Mule: basic understanding of how the internal APIs work, ie gateway policies etc – this is where Manish really comes into his own from his PAPI/ SAPI team background,Splunk: (how to search logs, errors in splunk, alerts etc),AppDynamics: monitoring of traffic, performance etc., Jira/ Confluence
